Q: My order has not arrived - what do I need to do? A: Please click on the track my order button on the left hand navigation bar and type in your tracking details which have been sent out to you via email upon dispatch. A: Currently we only will ship to UK destinations but plan to open this up to Europe at a later date. Q: What payment methods do you accept? A: We accept all credit and debit cards. We accept personal and business cheques - Please make payable to I want stationery Ltd. We accept UK Postal orders made payable to I want stationery Ltd. We also offer 30 day business accounts available to businesses and sole traders, subject to status and credit check. Q: Do you have a returns policy and what is it ? A: Yes we have a returns policy in place to protect our customers and to give you peace of mind should anything go wrong.
