You have 30 days from the date of despatch to return the product to us for a full refund (You must first telephone us for a returns number and address).
We want you to be satisfied with the goods you receive, if you are not happy for any reason with the products you purchased, we will give you a 100% refund on the goods you purchased. All we ask is that you return the products as new and with the original packaging in good order. Any items returned with damaged packaging will incur a surcharge.
If you find it necessary to return any goods to us, we need the following information, which must be enclosed with the returned goods.

If we cannot assist you with the fault we will ask you to return the product when we will either send you a replacement or repair the item.
